This level is designed to learn the skills it takes to master Freestyle. Freestyle is a pivotal stroke for swim team. This level helps refine the skills learned in “Swordfish”.

This level is designed to learn the skills it takes to master Backstroke. Backstroke is a pivotal stroke for swim team. Here the swimmers will learn specific drills to be competitive while swimming backstroke.

Mini-Mantas
Our Mini-Mantas program is a parent/guardian involved class. In this joyous experience the families enter a fully play-based environment. Some aspects of the class include singing unique songs, having the children practice back floating, going underwater, and learning how to swim to safety. The class ratio is 4:1 meaning there are 4 guardians with 4 children and 1 instructor. The Mini-Mantas have a unique set of skills and various levels that they are working towards simultaneously to become water safe.

Modified Mantas
Our Modified Mantas program revolves around teaching children and adults with special needs. Swimming is a wonderful therapeutic tool and has been proven to improve motor skills and coordination while also being a life saving skill. In this program there are a variety of class sizes based on our swimmers’ progress and individual needs. Each class is one of a kind to help our swimmers reach their personal best.
