My name is Keith Sheehan.
I hope to teach children how to never give up on themselves and always to try their best, no matter what challenges may lie in front of them.
With a certification in Youth Exercise Specialization by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a career as both a gymnastics and Ninja coach, I have developed a unique and diverse curriculum to help your children attain their athletic goals. My goal is to inspire the next generation of athletes through teaching grit and determination by using a variety of physical activities. I want to help every student obtain their personal goals and help them unlock their true potential to experience an athlete’s mentality and aspire to be a stronger version of themselves.
Whether your child is playing a sport or not, adding strength and conditioning activities to their weekly schedule will help them improve their focus, resilience, physical development, and cognitive development. Physical exercise has also been proven to enhance mood and behavioral issues.
During our first session, I will assess your child and their baseline abilities. Each month, there will be a variety of exercises during class as some will include: Obstacle courses, running drills, “ninja-like” activities, core exercises, balance drills, and quickness/agility drills.
